How to Book

Booking, terms and conditions

Thank you for your interest in joining one of our lovely tours. To book and secure your place just follow these instructions.

Making your booking: Please complete your booking form and send it to us with a non-refundable deposit of £15.00, per person, for each booking day tour and £50 per person for Holidays.  You can email the form to Bookings@wisteriatours.com or post to:

Jacky Burnell, Wisteria Tours, 46 Mayfield Grove, Shrewsbury, SY3 0JX.

To make a payment: Send a cheque made payable to Wisteria Tours Ltd to the address above. Alternatively, you can pay by bacs directly into Santander Bank: Account no 03578672 sort code 09-01-29, putting your name as the reference (in order to identify your payment). Please indicate your method of payment on your form and tell us how we should contact you with your information about joining the tour on the day of travel. We will send this information out 7-10 days beforehand. If you have any questions please call Jacky on 07892 953 217.

Please note:  Wisteria Tours can only accept payments for ‘Wisteria Tours’ trips.  Separate payments must be made for any trips on the ‘Gardeners’ Delight’ programme direct to Gardeners’ Delight. Thank You.

Pick up points for the coach are: Lakeside Yard, Ellesmere en route; Beeches Pub, Bayston Hill; Pengwern Court, Longden Coleham; Abbey Foregate Car Park, Shrewsbury; Shirehall, Shrewbury.

Booking terms and conditions

Full payment is due eight weeks before the tour start date. We will send further details of arrangements for each tour 4 weeks before travel.

Personal Insurance 

You are strongly advised to take out your own travel insurance to cover you for any emergency or cancellation or loss of luggage etc. Wisteria Tours will not be held responsible for closure of venues or changes to the tour itinerary. Under such circumstances every endeavour will be made to find an alternative. If one of the group members is taken ill or has an accident, Wisteria Tours will assist to the best of their ability but must reserve the right to carry on with the tour. It may be necessary to leave the tour member to rejoin later at his/her own expense.

We cannot accept liability for delays, disruption or cancellations of holidays due to traffic conditions, weather conditions, strikes or any other reasons outside of our reasonable control. Note: in the event you may be able to re-claim monies lost and expenses incurred subject to the conditions of your holiday insurance.

Cancellation

Please note that cancellation after booking will result in the loss of your deposit. If you cancel between the following days leading up to the tours you will be charged a percentage of the full cost as follows: 56-43 days from departure is 60%; 42-29 days is 70% and within 28 days is 100%.
